Formal Living & Dining Rooms
This late 19th century terrace had great bones but was very dated.
We worked on both the interior and exterior colour schemes including
the roof tiles and floorboards.
Original elements like the balcony, were re-instated where possible.
Kitchen and Dining Room
For a family who loves to cook and entertain, this kitchen has definitely come to the party not only with the 'wow factor' but also with space and functionality. The square island provides ample space for preparation and casual meals. The finishes were selected for their durability and easy care. Low profile porcelain bench top and splash back, super matt laminate overheads and solid surface island top.
Living Room & Office
The owners of this terrace wanted to extend the interior space and have a light, family friendly indoor/ outdoor area wrapping around the new pool.
The floor tile we selected flows seamlessly from the
kitchen / living /dining to the outdoor area and the custom designed joinery provides the much needed storage for this young family. The interior palette is kept clean and neutral allowing the artwork and pool to provide the injection of colour.
Bathrooms
Following on from the rest of the interior, the calming, neutral palette continues in the bathrooms. Brushed gunmetal tap ware, textured decor wall tiles, and a hint of timber provide the interest. The powder room located in the original part of the house, is about a more classic sophistication featuring curves and dark timber. And for a bit of fun, the guest bathroom surprises with a vibrant injection of colour in the tap ware!
